Tempting homemade lukhmi

The word lukhmi comes from luqma means bite of food. This is prepared with stuffing of lamb Mins & it can also similar to that of samosa as its dough is same .go for it & try . As always it’s an instant and delicious snack enjoy at tea time...! Please scroll below:-

Ingredient

kema,

oil for cooking.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the dough knead it using cold water cover it & set aside for about 30 minutes. Now divide the dough into balls & roll it like chapati. Now mark & cut 3 inch wide from center remove sides then add a 2 teaspoons kema cover the sides with light wet fingers to pack well then mark the corners with fork spoon looks nice.

Similarly prepare all then deep fry in preheated oil until golden then enjoy it hot..!
