Tempting homemade lukhmi
The word lukhmi comes from luqma means bite of food. This is prepared with stuffing of lamb Mins & it can also similar to that of samosa as its dough is same .go for it & try . As always it’s an instant and delicious snack enjoy at tea time...!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the dough knead it using cold water cover it & set aside for about 30 minutes. Now divide the dough into balls & roll it like chapati. Now mark & cut 3 inch wide from center remove sides then add a 2 teaspoons kema cover the sides with light wet fingers to pack well then mark the corners with fork spoon looks nice.
* Step 2
Similarly prepare all then deep fry in preheated oil until golden then enjoy it hot..!

The deliciously awesome lukhmis are ready to relish..!
