#GA4 #week14 #Ladoo These ladoos are tasty & the nutty aroma of urad dal . Simply melts in mouth very delightful. A very healthy sweet & this is most likely relished in winter seasons very good for bones , immunity booster. Now it’s very different from atta laddu or Basin laddus . I personally love this dal mash ladoos . Do try out this dessert. The main crux of this recipe is to roast dal very nicely & patiently. If it’s not roasted well it may lead to stomach aches etc .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grab all ingredients deseed the cardamom pods further will take a heavy bottom pan & start to dry roast the urad dal.

* Step 2

Keeping it on medium flame burner will dry roast this very patiently until it’s golden brown & fully aromatic in the kitchen. Constantly using a spatula more dal to roast dal well.as shown in the picture lastly it must look like so then let it cool down to room temperature.

Further blend the roasted dal & cardamom pods to a fine powder then sieve it to remove the residues. Also blend sugar granules to a fine powder now mix both powders nicely. Just heat up the ghee not very hot just slightly heated now add it in the prepared dal & sugar powder.mix very well until fully combined

* Step 4

At this point it will be like a fluid textured let it rest then the ghee will be solidified. Once the mixture becomes dense we can easily start preparing ladoos.by the warm of our hands the ghee melts & ladoos will be shaped easily prepare all & garnish it with pistachios or almonds as per choice. Let it cool for about an hour it will be perfect.

The deliciously awesome dal mash ladoos are ready to munch. Very soft texture melt in mouth ladoos. Do try it & enjoy.

This can be stored easily up to 2-3 weeks in fridge. If it’s not stored in fridge it’s good for about a week.
