Yummiest sweet and my all-time favourite..!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

Cooking time :

40 minutes
3 cups

sugar

1 teaspoon

cardamoms powder

1/2 teaspoon

rose essence

1/2 cup

milk

4 tablespoons

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & grate carrots

* Step 2

Then take a cookware dish add required amount of ghee to it and once it’s little hot add carrots and fry well until the aroma comes around.

* Step 3

Then add 1/2 cup milk mix well then add sugar, cardamom powder, rose essence.

* Step 4

Then keep it on low flame for about 10 minutes keep stirring in between.

* Step 5

Fry well until ghee separates from sweet and it’s done.pop it in a serving bowl & enjoy with family & friends

* Step 6

Khoya is optional if it’s available you can also add that in garnishing as well to make it more rich in taste or you can also prepare khoya @ home it’s in my previous recipes please check that if you wish to add.!
