Black pepper chicken gravy..!

It’s chicken curry with blanch of black pepper powder & it’s very simple yet delicious..!

Ingredient

Food ration :

25 minutes
500 grams

chicken

2 tablespoons

curd

1 tablespoon

lime juice/ vinegar

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

As required

Oil for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, take oil in kadai and add ginger garlic paste sauté a little then add chicken to it with salt and stir it for four minutes.

* Step 2

Then gradually add curd and kaju paste add turmeric powder black pepper powder.

* Step 3

Mix everything well and add lemon juice and coriander leaves and add half a cup of water then let it rest on simmer flame for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Once the chicken is tender taste it add-in if extra spicy needed.

* Step 5

It’s Ready to serve hot with chapati, parathas or zeera rice.
