Mint dip / chutney
This fresh herb is best to eat and helps in digestion & it’s refreshing taste while used with any fried snacks like pakoras, samosa, kachori , puri dosa as a side dip looks more delicious with white rice & any curry goes well with sandwiches & shawarma stuffing with veg or non-veg. So yeah it’s perfect for all main courses & snacks ..! Try & experience it .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash perfectly all the mint leaves chop them roughly.
* Step 2
Then just take a blender add in all ingredients salt, green chilies,coconut powder, mint leaves, lemon juice and make a fine paste.
* Step 3
Don’t add water if required just add a tablespoon of water.
* Step 4
Then just take a pan add oil add jeera and black seeds off the flame in just two minutes then just add the paste prepared.
* Step 5
Done you are good to go with any paratha, puri, vada, fried food, rice or anything it goes well..!
