Apricot sweet / qubani ka Meetha

This drooling sweet is relished more in Asian marriage functions or occasionally in gathering or festive days ..! It’s very healthy & delicious .

Ingredient

Food ration :

5-7 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes soaked it overnight
1 kg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soaked apricots overnight then deseed the apricots

* Step 2

Keep that water in which apricots were soaked add little of it and keep on medium flame for making it soft

* Step 3

Then once it’s soft add sugar food colour and keep as thin or thick dessert accordingly we like solid apricots so we just cook it till it’s soften we don’t mash it again it’s your choice if you like you can mash it a little & keep few mashed & few solid apricots.

* Step 4

Then garnish it with custard cubes and serve it cool.or you can also serve with ice cream & fresh cream anything as desired...!
