Medu vada
Basically it’s a South Indian dish but I like to prepare all types of foods and this is what I just love to eat it’s yummy for breakfast or snack meals ..!
Ingredient

2-4 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak dal for two hours then using a blender make a fine paste but it must be thing enough to prepare vadas don’t add more water.
* Step 2
Then add chopped onion chopped curry leaves salt and soda is optional I didn’t use that.
* Step 3
You can also add green chillies I don’t like more spice in it so simple as that I prepared this in it’s original taste.
* Step 4
Lastly just preheat the oil on medium flame while the oil is hot simmer it and start preparing and adding vadas to it.
* Step 5
Fry it till it turns golden brown both sides then enjoy it hot with ketchup or coconut chutney..!
