Sliced Carrots oatmeal

#Left I usually bring groceries for a week so I brought veggies for salads I used almost of salads in regular meals so I had 1 carrot leftover & was carving for a good snack meal in savory flavor so I instantly prepared this delicious sliced carrot oatmeal & trust me guy’s it was so satisfying & rich in taste do try & experience it ..! Please check the recipe below:-

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

10-15 minutes
1/2 teaspoon

ginger garlic paste

to taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

gram masala powder

1 1/2 cup

water

2 tablespoons

Oil for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly I dry roasted oats & kasuri methi for two minutes & removed it set aside further take a Kadai add oil while it’s hot add chopped onion sauté till golden then add sliced carrot sauté both for 3 minutes then add the roasted oats & kasuri methi stir it on low flame then add in all spices

* Step 2

Further add water keep stirring to avoid lumps cover it & cook for 4 minutes while it seems Like it’s all cooked & water is soaked in oats off the flame burner

Pop it in a serving plate drizzle some ghee over it & lime juice with few coriander & mint leaves. Enjoy it hot....!
