1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon

chat masala powder

Quater teaspoon

Black seeds (kalonji)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grab a microwave-safe plate, add in all nuts pop in the microwave for 3 minutes remove it flip nuts pop it back again for two minutes & it’s done.

Now keep all spices on hand splash a little of water only like 4-6 drops roughly add in the nuts while it’s warm toss it pretty well so that all the spices are mixed well. It’s ready.

The deliciously awesome spiced & tangy nuts are ready to enjoy you can also store in air tight container for about a month.

Tip of the day:- please make sure you check your microwave watts mine is 750 watts your microwave timings may vary. Keep a close eye while you microwave it or else it may get Burnt.
