Instantly prepared deliciously awesome giant coconut macaroon in the microwave the taste will remain delicious & baked well the only drawback is we can’t expect the colour to be golden above in look unlike in oven-baked once but do try this for sure to enjoy the same taste @ home in the microwave. * Step 1
Firstly separate the egg yolks & the egg whites then use only egg whites for the macaroon then using a hand mixer whisk it until you get the stiff peaks
* Step 2
Further, add in some condensed milk, vanilla essence folds it with light hands lastly add the desiccated coconut powder.
* Step 3
Now you get the coconut macaroon batter to prepare it,you need to grease a microwave-safe plate pop in batter accordingly garnish it with tutti frutti
* Step 4
Now pop the plate in the microwave for two minutes further one Or two minutes as you see it’s ready to set it on a wire rack or anything to cool it
* Step 5
Make sure you don’t over bake it and for baking in microwave timings may be different more or less you need to keep an eye on! The delicious giant coconut macaroon is ready to enjoy..!

Tip of the day:- You can also add sugar according to your sweet tooth I prepared two types with sugar & condensed milk.and you can also bake in the oven for 10 minutes the taste will be similar but colour will be nice golden in the oven.
