This cute Mini dosas are served in flights for early breakfast. This can also be relished by kids @ home & for snack meal adults can also munch this with any kind of stuffing ..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the dal & rice overnight then blend it to a fine paste add methi Dana & salt as per taste.
* Step 2
Once the batter is ready besides keep the hot nonstick dosa tawa on medium flame burner sprinkle some water wipe it.
* Step 3
Then pop it on tawa & spread in circular motion two mini dosas in one batch gradually prepare all.
* Step 4
Once it’s ready, serve it hot with any chutney, potato saag, etc.
