It’s very healthy to add shakes & in our daily routine having it on empty stomach will benefit much better than after meals .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pic a juice jar pop in the chopped mangoes,condensed milk,milk pulse it 2-3 times
* Step 2
Add some ice cream while you pulse it for smooth texture then pop in a serving glass garnish with a ice cube & a scoop of ice cream enjoy the scrumptious mango shake..!
