Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep the smooth dough using ghee & splash of room temperature milk cover it set aside
* Step 2
Besides make a slightly sticky sugar syrup add, saffron, cardamoms & few drops of lime juice to avoid crystal’s
* Step 3
In ghee or oil it’s your choice fry the gulab jamuns till golden & gradually pop in the sugar syrup once all are done cover it let it soak in syrup for 30 minutes
* Step 4
Then serve it warm or cool either ways it’s delicious & drooling..!!
* Step 5
Tip of the day: -Making balls or other desired shapes is not a big deal it we love a bit big once so I prepared like Cham Cham shape..!
