The yummiest dessert I have tried @ home . I usually had it like regular Hyderabadi people prepare it but this way of making makes it more delicious & crunchy . Try it & enjoy.lets start with the recipe:-

25-30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make two half’s of bread slices & dried it completely under fan or sun-dried or normally set aside for around two hours
* Step 2
Take one cup of milk add in the condensed milk & cardamom powder cook slightly to make a creamy sweet sauce just in 4-5 minutes keep stirring & off the flame
* Step 3
Now warm the remaining milk & let it come to room temperature then add orange red food color to it
* Step 4
Now just add ghee in Kadai fry all bread slices one after the other till golden brown for 3-4 minutes add & remove
* Step 5
Once the bread is fried immediately dip it in milk & set in a dish which we will be preparing. open kind of plate or dish is preferred
* Step 6
Once all bread slices are fried poure the sweet sauce all over the slices make sure you add on all slices
* Step 7
Then garnish it with crushed pistachios,almonds & it’s ready serve it cool or warm it’s lovely. The delicious drooling instantly prepared shahi tukdeee are ready..!!
