Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all the ingredients in a bowl-except water

Mix well with hands Now add water gradually Knead to a soft dough

Keep it covered with a moist cloth for30-45 minutes

Now take an inverted wok on a medium flame, when it becomes hot, drizzle the salt water and spread the roti on the inverted wok. Salt water will prevent roti from sticking

Allow the roti to cook, you will observe bubbles emerging and flip the sides and roast properly.

Roast the roti from both the sides until it becomes light brown from the edges.

Fold it like a handkerchief and keep on a kitchen towel Serve hot with dal Makhani or chicken
