A rumali roti is considered well made when it comes in your hand just like a handkerchief. See my pic in the last comment
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all the ingredients in a bowl-except water
* Step 2
Mix well with hands
Now add water gradually
Knead to a soft dough
* Step 3
Keep it covered with a moist cloth for30-45 minutes
* Step 4
Now take an inverted wok on a medium flame, when it becomes hot, drizzle the salt water and spread the roti on the inverted wok. Salt water will prevent roti from sticking
* Step 5
Allow the roti to cook, you will observe bubbles emerging and flip the sides and roast properly.
* Step 6
Roast the roti from both the sides until it becomes light brown from the edges.
* Step 7
Fold it like a handkerchief and keep on a kitchen towel
Serve hot with dal Makhani or chicken
