Makki aur gehun ki roti

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take Both the flours in a big bowl
Add carom seeds, red chilli powder and salt and mix everything.
* Step 2
Add warm water little by little and knead a little stiff and smooth dough
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Knead again
* Step 3
Now Pinch little dough and roll in your palms maki a smooth ball
* Step 4
Wheat flour in it will help in rolling it
* Step 5
Remove when done
Apply ghee generously and serve with saag and little butter on the top
