Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak porso millet, daliya,dal and methi seeds separately overnight

* Step 2

Grind them all in the morning and mix together

* Step 3

Keep for fermentation for 5-6 hours

* Step 4

Add salt to taste And Mix well

* Step 5

Grease the Idli mould Keep the steamer ready

* Step 6

Pour batter in the greased mould and place it in the steamer.

* Step 7

Let it steam for 10-15 minutes Take out when done

* Step 8

Enjoy with coconut chutney
