Ingredient

1 tbsp

ghee

1/4 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put ghee in a pan Fry broken cashews One can use any other nuts too.

* Step 2

Now take them out and in the same leftover ghee roast flour. Roast till brown and aromatic.

* Step 3

Add milk powder and roast them together a bit more Add sugar, cardamom powder and fried cashews.

* Step 4

Mix everything nicely and switch off the gas.

* Step 5

It’s done.

* Step 6

Enjoy it with evening tea.
