When I observe Navratri fast, I miss biscuits to have with my evening tea. This churma is my innovation to satisfy my cravings with tea.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put ghee in a pan
Fry broken cashews
One can use any other nuts too.
* Step 2
Now take them out and in the same leftover ghee roast flour.
Roast till brown and aromatic.
* Step 3
Add milk powder and roast them together a bit more
Add sugar, cardamom powder and fried cashews.
* Step 4
Mix everything nicely and switch off the gas.
* Step 6
Enjoy it with evening tea.
