Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast foxnuts till crisp.
Grind them too to a coarse powder.
* Step 2
In a deep pan, take 1 cup water and add salt.
Let it boil
* Step 3
Then Add samak rice powder and cook on medium until it forms a dough consistency.
* Step 4
Switch off the flame and let it cool slightly
* Step 5
Take boiled & mashed potatoes, in a bowl add samak rice dough, ground foxnuts, green chilies and ginger paste, salt, pepper powder and chopped coriander.
* Step 6
Mix well and make wadas taking small portions of the prepared dough
* Step 7
Can wet hands if it’s sticking
* Step 8
Heat oil in a wok and fry the wadas till crisp
and golden from all sides.
* Step 9
Make sure you fry them in batches and do not overcrowd the kadhai.
* Step 10
Dish out all the vadas on absorbent paper on a plate.
* Step 13
Add salt and sugar and give a nice mix
* Step 14
Place two wadas in the serving plate
* Step 15
Pour the tempering over it
