Tricoloured Toast Fingers

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one Tbsp butter in a pan
Add chopped onions and sauté
When it turns pink add paneer cubes and corn kernels and sauté a bit. Now add pizza sauce and little chilli flakes. Taste and see if it needs salt and sauce and butter will be already having salt.
Switch off and let it cool.
* Step 2
In another loan take 1 tbsp of butter and add grated garlic
Sauté till aromat
Add blanched and grated broccoli and sauté a bit.
* Step 3
Add dried oregano, salt and chilli flakes and stir
Switch off once done
Now take bread slices
One can put extra butter if needed
Otherwise place paneer mix on the top, then place green broccoli mix in the bottom of the slices
Now put mozzarella cheese generously in the middle to make a tricoloured bread pizza
* Step 4
Place them carefully in the tray and keep in the oven, otg or microwave as required
* Step 5
Let it bake till cheese melts
