Beetroot and vegetables cutlets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the grated beetroot, carrot, peas and mashed potatoes and all the masals.
* Step 2
Add rice flour for binding the mixture
* Step 3
Make a ball with the beetroot mixtures and flatten them between your palms.
* Step 4
Heat a non stick pan and add 2-3 tbsp oil
When it hot shallow fry them.
Serve with tomato ketchup
Enjoy hot
