Cooking instructions

Take all the ingredients except oil and ghee in a bowl along with wheat flour.

Mix them well using hands

Once done keep aside for 15 minutes

Pinch dough (little more than required for a chapati) Make ball Roll it big like a chapati

* Step 5

Apply ghee Fold the way you want the parantha

* Step 6

Place it on hot tawa Flip once and apply ghee

* Step 7

This way cook till it becomes crispy from both the sides
