Mint & Kiwi chutney

#fruits We usually make chutney with either lemon juice or raw mango. In this recipe kiwi is used to give the tanginess.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop kiwi and keep aside

* Step 2

Clean mint and coriander leaves nicely under running water

* Step 3

Take all the ingredients in a blender, add salt and churn to make a puree.

* Step 4

Try churning without extra water

* Step 5

Juice in kiwi will help in grinding

* Step 6

Once done smoothly take out and store the kiwi chutney in a glass bottle.

* Step 7

This chutney stays good for a week in the refrigerator.

* Step 8

Enjoy with cutlets, chips or any fries
