Savoury Pumpkin Oatmeal Congee
Super easy breakfast that you can make in less than 10mins. I had leftover pumpkins from our weekend lunch and just needed to mash them in with the oatmeal. You can use roasted pumpkins or microwave them (like I did) for 8 mins on medium (700W).
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix wakame, oatmeal and water in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on High (1000W) for 1 mins.
* Step 2
Mix in pumpkins and all seasonings into oatmeal mixture. Microwave on HIGH for 2 mins. Top with bonito flakes. Done!
