Chinese Tomatosoup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely chop the union, ginger and garlic. Heat the sunfloweroil in a pan, and bake it on medium heat for about 4 minutes.
* Step 2
In the meantime, cut the tomatoes, carrot and apples. When the unions looks glassy, add them to the pan.
* Step 3
After five minutes, add the tomatopuree, gingersyrup, soy sauce and vegetable broth. Let it cook for twenty minutes.
* Step 4
While the veggies are cooking, make the omelet by beating the eggs, with a splash of milk, some salt and pepper. Bake it in a cookingpan, until golden brown and cut into strips.
* Step 5
When all the vegetables are soft, mix them in a blender, until you have a smooth consistency.
* Step 6
Before serving, add the chopped spring unions, bean sprouts and omelette and cook one more minute.
