Chicken chops

Ingredient

500 grams

chicken

1 inch

ginger

1 tablespoon

coriander powder

3-4 tablespoon

oil

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil add 1 onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fry. When onions are done add tomatoes and fry till raw smell goes off.

Cool the fried mixture and grind to a fine paste with coriander and turmeric powder.

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan add sliced onion, few green chillies and curry leaves. Fry till golden colour.

Add chicken and salt. Cook on medium flame till chicken releases it's juice.

* Step 5

Add grounded masala paste mix well, add desired amount of water and cook. In cooker can cook for 1-2 whistle.

Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
