Ingredient

250 grams

mutton

1/3 rd cup

fried gram

2 tablespoon

chilli powder

1-1/2 tablespoon

dhaniya powder

1/2 inch

ginger

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind mutton coarsely keep it aside.

* Step 2

Grind all ingredients with salt.

* Step 3

Mix grounded masala with mutton. make small balls and flatten it

Deep fry in oil and serve as starter.
