fried gram

1 teaspoon

mustard

1/2 teaspoon

urad dal

1 tablespoon

oil

to taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind salt, onion, fried gram and red chillies

Not to very smooth paste

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan add mustard, jeers and urad dal

* Step 4

After dal become golden brown add curry leaves and grinded chutney.

Saute for 1 min chutney is ready to serve.
