Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil pasta/ spaghetti for 14 minutes or till the pasta is soft,and strain it, and save the stock.
Don't add cold water.
* Step 2
In another side add olive oil to the kadhai.
Add garlic and saute for few seconds, add chopped onions, saute for a minute.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes and chilli flakes, black salt and black pepper powder and continue to cook.
* Step 4
Now add boiled pasta add tomato puree and saute it constantly at this time of cooking add the stock of pasta in parts which is reserved and it is essential to add this for the richness of the gravy.
Add grated cheese and saute to continue.add salt to taste.
* Step 5
Cook the pasta in medium high heat,switch off the flame spread the green onions mix it evenly.
Now pasta is ready to serve.
