Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients near the cooking side
Boil chopped cabbage with little water and salt and give two whistles and rest it.
* Step 2
Heat mustard oil in the kadhai
Add paanch foron and bey leaves and let it splutter,
Add chopped onions and grated ginger and saute it for few minutes.
Add chopped and peeled potatoes, chopped carrots and cauliflower 1cup, green chillies, chopped tomatoes
And cook till the vegetables are soft.
* Step 3
Now add turmeric powder red chilli powder and saute in medium high heat.
Now add boiled cabbage and cook to continue.
* Step 4
Add black pepper powder, homemade paanch foron powder and saute it constantly.
* Step 5
Add dry fenugreek leaves and mango powder and mix everything evenly.
* Step 6
Add tomato sauce add salt to taste and saute it constantly add dry moida for remove the excess moisture from the gravy.
Cook it till the curry is done.
* Step 7
And serve with rice or ruti and salad
