Egg chicken noodles

Egg chicken noodles

Very much tasty I am totally influenced by the Chinese Chef.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 minutes
2 teaspoons

black salt

1 tablespoon

green chilli sauce

1 tablespoon

red chilli sauce

2 teaspoons

vinegar

1 tablespoon

tamarind sauce

1 tablespoon

dark soya sauce

As needed

oil

as per taste

Salt

as needed

water

as required

Few minced garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil noodles for two minutes adding little salt and strain it sprinkle it little oil over the noodles and mix evenly.

Make 2omelettes using little oil and 2eggs and keep aside.

Now add oil as needed in another big non-stick pan.

* Step 4

Add chopped onions and saute for for a minute in hing flame of the oven.

* Step 5

Add garlic and saute another few seconds

* Step 6

Add chopped all veggies without green onions

* Step 7

And cook in high flame another few minutes

* Step 8

Now add chopped chicken pieces

* Step 9

Add mix sauces including soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, tamarind sauce,red chilli sauce

* Step 10

Add salt mix all together and cook in high flame

* Step 11

Cook all ingredients well cooked including chicken. And stir it constantly.

* Step 12

Now add one cooked omelette and mix with the gravy.

* Step 13

Add boiled noodles and pepper powder black salt etc

* Step 14

Stirring is necessary in all Chinese foods with high flame.

* Step 15

Cook the noodles until well cooked. switched off the oven spread chopped green onions and mix evenly, and add another egg omelette to the top of the bowl.
