Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in the pan, put mustard seeds, add urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, and grated ginger to the pan.
* Step 2
When splutters, add all vegetables and peanuts one after another and keep saute in low medium heat, add salt and simmer and cover with the lid, and continue to cook until cooked.
* Step 3
Add rava and mix well keep saute till five to seven minutes in low heat until the mixture is tender, add the three cups boiled water,and keep cooking.
* Step 4
When upma is almost cooked add ghee and mix.Yummy healthy upma is ready to serve.
