Butter chicken curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash chicken pieces adding water and strained it and put to the mixing bowl,

Keep all ingredients near to the cooking side,

Put chicken pieces to the mixing bowl,put salt, termaric powder,red chilli powder,fenugreek leaves,cashew melon paste,jeera dhania powder,curd, fried onions,salt,little bit of oil,ginger_ garlic paste to the mixing bowl and give it a well mix and rest for one hour,

* Step 4

When it becomes heated put garam masala fry little,then add chopped tomatoes and mixed chicken which is soaked in different masala,

* Step 5

Saute it in the high flame of the oven,and continue to till oil evaporates from the gravy add garam masala powder,mix well,then slow the flame of the oven, add rose water and salt to the pan mix well,saute for few minutes then cover with the lid and continue to cook till chicken is well cooked.

Now put the curry to the serving bowl add milk cream to the bowl and mix with the gravy.delicious butter chicken curry is ready for serving.
