Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First boil eggs for ten minutes
* Step 2
Remove skin and keep aside
* Step 3
Cut onion in small pieces and crushed garlic and cut tomatoes in small pieces
* Step 4
Switch on the gas burner add a pan on the oven
* Step 5
Add mustard oil when oil is boiled add garlic cloves
* Step 6
It becomes red in colour after few seconds
* Step 7
Add boiled eggs keep stirring it becomes red in colour then add onion pieces keep frying
* Step 8
Next add termaric powder add red chilli powder mix well
* Step 9
Next add tomatoes mix well keep stirring oil evaporates from the gravy add garam masala powder add salt mix well add whole wheat flour for thickening the gravy
* Step 10
Now add water as needed when starts boiling cover with the lid in high flame, after few minutes remove the cover gravy will almost done pour into the another pan
* Step 11
Yummy egg curry is ready.
