baking soda

3/4 cup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a bowl

Add chena add baking soda mix well blend well keep aside

* Step 3

Now making sugar syrup_ take a pan put on the oven switch on the burner put water in the pan

* Step 4

Make a deep sugar syrup adding with saffron and lime juice keep aside

* Step 5

Now take another pan add one cup ghee add two crushed cardamom

* Step 6

When it becomes heated add sooji keep stirring after a few minutes add chena keep stir mix well now add blend pistachio- almonds mix then add fried raisins mix well stirring continuously then when it becomes red then add sugar syrup stirring continuously now it becomes thickened gravy put in the plate now make balls from the gravy

* Step 7

Yummy chena laddu is ready
