Cooking instructions

First I am making puris take a bowl add fine sooji add refined flour add ghee mix dry ingredients with a pinch of salt next add water make firm dough not too much soft or hard cover with a kitchen moist towel and rest it for half an hour
* Step 2
Next take the dough again mix then roll keep aside
* Step 3
Next fry all the roll with the oil keep it in the absorbent paper
* Step 4
Next all ingredients Will take near u then take a plate first add puris then add boiled dal then add potato pieces sprinkled with black salt next add dhania chutni next add dates-emli chutni added onion slices added dal sprouts
* Step 5
Will added curd sprinkled with the salt additionally added jeera powder again will be added all chutni along with the curd in a photogenic way that will looking wonderful
* Step 6
Delicious healthy raj kachori is ready
