Cooking instructions
* Step 1
All daal soaked in water for 8 hours,chanadaal soaked separately over night
* Step 2
Put chanadaal in the pressure cooker
* Step 3
Add required water & salt,gives 4-5 whistles,when pressure goes naturally open the lid
* Step 4
Add cardamom,dalchinni,labang
* Step 5
Now other daal in the same cooker,mind it enough water is needed for boil it
* Step 7
Next when pressure goes national open the lid, mix all daal
* Step 8
Now take one small amount of daal from the cooker
* Step 9
Add to the mixing bowl blend along with the ice cubes
* Step 10
Now add to the pan along with all daal which is keep in the cooker
* Step 11
Next all daal boil for another twenty minutes,keep stirring because of avoiding burn
* Step 12
Now take another pan add ghee,oil
* Step 13
Add onion- tomato paste garlic- ginger paste in the same pan
* Step 14
Keep stirring,add dhania- jeera,garam masala powder
* Step 15
Add kashmiri red chilli powder one bye one,add malai add milk add kasuri Methi
* Step 16
Red Chilli powder,salt,stirring constantly,
* Step 17
Now add boiled daal keep stirring
* Step 18
Now restaurant style daal makhni is ready to serve
