Crispy Mixed Vegetable Fritters

Super easy fritters.

Cooking instructions

Prepare all ingredients. 1. Cut, thinly slice and julliene all veggies.

Put batter ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

* Step 3

Add in all vegetables and mix well.

* Step 4

Heat up enough oil for deep frying, spoon 1 tbsp of batter-coated mixed vegetables into hot oil and deep fry until light brown. Dish and drain. Serve with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
