PANCHIPAN{a Chinese dish}

'This is lovely' my brother commented the first time he taste it after whinning about how awful the dish will taste since its Chinese but tada! he was first to love it and my mum was like 'you and kitchen kam huh!' Chinese Kuma today? little did she know am gonna try an arab and Korean dish too soon enough! do give it a try ,am sure you gonna loved it.

Ingredient

plain flour

1 tablespoon

corn flour

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

powdered sugar

1

egg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel off the skin of sweet potatoes nicely, cut into pieces and set to heat it so that it becomes soft. note;dont boil it in water rather use a pot with a silver sieve {dambu pot},with the water inside the pot and the potatoes on the sieve. give it 8-10mins and it will be all soft.

* Step 2

Take your sweet potatoes out and into a bowl. mashed it well using the back of a spoon or a fork. note;dont grind it in mortar because it will be too sticky.

* Step 3

Add the egg,corn flour, plain flour, salt and sugar. mix it well and if it sticks to your hand you can add some flour. shape your panchipan into balls and you are all done.

* Step 4

Deep fry in hot oil till it becomes golden brown and drain

Serve with something very cold. I love it for dinner and with zobo.
