Grilled Lamb Chops with Parmesan Garlic Herb Couscous
Juicy grilled lamb chops with a simple parmesan garlic herb couscous makes an easy quick meal. Add a salad or your favorite vegetable for a great dinner!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine lamb chops with all the ingredients listed for the lamb. Rub mixture all over meat. Let rest at least 15 minutes or up to 8 hours. Refrigerate if it will be over 30 minutes. Bring to room temperature before grilling.
* Step 2
Grill chops over direct heat, turning to cook all sides until done to how you like yor lamb cooked. For medium rare the total cooking time is about 10 minutes.

Make Parmesan Garlic Herb Couscous
* Step 4
In a saucepan, melt butter, add onion, garlic and tomato, season with salt and pepper and cover and cook on low until tender about 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Add chicken broth and cream and bring to a boil.
* Step 6
Add couscous and parmesan cheese stir, turn off heat cover tightly and let sit 5 minutes
* Step 8
Serve couscous with lamb chops.
