Cauliflower "flatbread"
This is another way to use caulflower, this is a simple appetizer , good for dips or served along side salads. The texture is like a flatbread with seasonungs.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil. Brush the foil with a layer of olive oil
* Step 2
Place cauliflower pieces in food processor in batches, don't overfill or it will not chop it finley
* Step 3
Chop to a fine rice like texture
* Step 4
Spread cauliflower on prepared pan, season with salt and pepper and drizzle very lightly with olive oil. Roast until golden about 20 minutes, stirring for even cooking
* Step 5
Add cooked cauliflower to a bowl and add remaining ingredients, mix
* Step 6
Have oven at 425. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil well with non stick spray
* Step 7
Spread cauliflower nixture about 1/4 inch thick and roast until firm and lightly browned. About 15 minutes, watch as they burn quickluy
* Step 8
Cut into sqares and serve w ith Ranch dip and Creamy mustard sauce for dipping
