Chilled spicy cucumber avocado soup
A refreshing summer starter soup or great for a light lunch!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT ice water in food possessor or blender until smooth and creamy
* Step 2
Add ice water starting with just 1/4 cup and blending then checking for desired thickness
* Step 3
Chill at lest 1 hour garnish with thin sliced cucumber, jalapeño, green onions and sour cream. Add additional salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste at table
