Boiled whole chicken 茹で鶏
Wanted to make Singaporean Hainanese chicken rice!
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Cut garlic and onion in half.
* Step 4
In a big pot, add water and above vegetable until boiling
* Step 6
Cover the lid and boil for 20 min then add salt and pepper
* Step 7
Keep boiling for another 40-60 min
* Step 8
Take out the chicken and put in cold water (with ice cubes)
* Step 9
You can also cool down in pot.
