Easy to make, Great for Bento, Kids love it!!!

Ingredient

1.5 Tbsp

miso paste

1 Tbsp

soya sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mince or grind chicken thigh. I use food processor.

Sauté chicken with sesame oil.

Add ginger, miso paste and soya sauce. Add surigoma at last.

Boil snow pea in salt water for about a minute

Slice snow pea very thin

* Step 6

Mix eggs very well

* Step 7

Heat egg in frying pan with low heat, keep mixing with chopsticks

Make it very small till almost dried but not burnt

Put on hot rice or serve in separate dishes so you can make as you like!
