Bang Bang Shrimp

heavy cream

mayonnaise

2 tsp

Sriracha

1/2 tsp

lime juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix your shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

* Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix all the bang Bang sauce ingredients and set aside. No rules, add as much or as little of each ingredient.

* Step 3

Remove your shrimp from the marinade and toss in the corn starch.

* Step 4

In a deep pan, add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of oil for frying. Fry the shrimp in batches for 2 min in each side.

* Step 5

Once shrimp is cooked, toss into the bang Bang sauce, and serve immediately.
