White Gingerbread Cookies
I found this recipe on a blog called food.com. It was submitted by Heather Sullivan. However, the measurements were in metric so I had to convert it. In that process I got a much sticker dough than I could roll out. So I settled for a ginger drop cookie.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Coat the butter cubes with flour.
* Step 2
Stir in sugar, ginger, and nutmeg till mixed well.
* Step 3
Warm milk and stir baking soda into it.
* Step 4
Add milk mixture to flour mixture.
* Step 6
Spoon on an ungreased cookie sheet.
* Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-14 minutes.
