I love cooking and i made a version of this before (its on here.) But these just WOW.

Ingredient

Food ration :

bake 20-25 mint

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

De-stem and De-seed the bell peppers.

* Step 2

Put you stuff in the bells and bake them on a cooky sheet (cover the bottom with tinfieal) for 20-25 mints. And boom. You good to go. πŸ™‚

* Step 3

With you leftover shrimp and catfish you can steam them just add salt and pepper (butter for slippy stuff) and add you spices NO SAUCE. πŸ™‚
