Macaroni Salad

Old fashioned . . . This is the same macaroni salad that my Mom made. She was born in 1916. This recipe is that old.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

30 mins
1 teaspoon

lemon pepper

1/2 teaspoon

salt

3/4 cup

mayonaise

1 Tablespoon

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hard boil eggs.

* Step 2

Pre cook pasta using al dente instructions and chill. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to water prior to cooking.

* Step 3

Slice eggs and add to chilled pasta.
Image step 3

* Step 4

Grate carrots and add to bowl.

* Step 5

Slice dill pickles, olives, green onions and add to other ingredients.

* Step 6

Add mayo and seasonings. Stir to blend ingredients and mayo. It's salad! Chill in the refrigerator and serve later as a side dish with BBQ.
