CHICKEN PENNE Salad (pasta)
I created this salad while trying to duplicate one that my son and daughter in law brought for potluck one evening.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta according to al dente instructions. Pasta should be full bodied. Stir in olive oil.
* Step 2
Drain juice from canned chicken and add chicken to pasta.
* Step 3
Add bacon bits and chopped celery.
* Step 4
Add tomatoes, sliced olives, and almonds to salad.
* Step 5
Season salad with lemon pepper.
* Step 7
Store finished salad in a covered container in refrigerator to chill before serving.
