Breakfast Manhattan
Turning biscuits and gravy into a Manhattan is the only way to improve it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bake your biscuits. In vegetable oil, fry your potatoes until golden and crispy. Salt and pepper.
* Step 2
In a large pan, cook sausage through. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper. Add three tsp flour. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, let simmer and thicken.
* Step 3
Fry your eggs any way you like them, I prefer sunny side up for this.
* Step 4
Plate your biscuits, top with fried potatoes, cover with sausage gravy, and two fried eggs on top and serve. Can use toast in place of biscuits if preferred.
